Lots of NEWS and Vibrant Fall Add-On Freebie Scrapkit

I am so sorry I am late with the freebie and announcement. A "Rain Delay" (huge thunderstorm) and some technical difficulties got in the way. But I am here now, and I have a great freebie scrapkit for you today, but first let me tell you  about my BIG Announcement.
